History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Mumpena was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Cook. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Marshal who has hired him part-time. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
