Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Dyer. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The war was a terrible time for her, and Millicent does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Millicent hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
