When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Kyle was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Xanaphia was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Malquis's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: She was born in the north. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. She's also a talented Gardener, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
