The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sculptor for the past few years.

Personality: Seere wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Spring is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Spring was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Spring was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Spring fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with her old friends

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
