Description: This late middle aged woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat and is in decent physical shape. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nedda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
