Personality: Ranala hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mercenary. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She became a Courier soon after.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
