History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Elegant was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born in the south. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shamil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
