History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a Seamstress, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the east to a Marshal, Findex learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. After a long history of fighting, Findex and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This man wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is short and black. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He has achieved small success as a Laborer.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
