Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Vonana hails from a village terrorized by giants. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Vonana alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
