History: Sutha hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and to settle down with her crush

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born in the north to a Sellsword, Aura learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has achieved small success as a Sellsword.
