History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Aust learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

History: Immeral was born the youngest of three triplets. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She found a children's book about a Tiefling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
