History: Born to a Guard, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balam grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
