History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Heian is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Heian liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
