He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Kilvar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kilvar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born to a Dyer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and wants to raise her children well
