History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Keyleth liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a trident and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Delre grew up listening to her father's many stories. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
