History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Born to a Performer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Ur-Masi was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and someone believes him a fraud

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Halimath took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Through the years after Snafû was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Snafû's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Snafû and his spouse have recently divorced.
