History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Audhild grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Audhild. After a long history of fighting, Audhild and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Curran was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Curran decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
