Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He stands about 4'5" and dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a white coat with pastel slacks. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Nuraval is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Nuraval was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. He carries a battered warhammer and tarnished rapier as well. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'11" when asserting herself. With bright white hair. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her auburn hair is braided into rings. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. She has never given up on her singing dream.
