Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her brown eyes peer out from beneath her broad violet hat.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Ella's homeland. Ella decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head, and she perpetually has her scythe ready. Her black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and revenge

Description: 6'3" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She wears her blonde hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Neega took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bow and armor she uses now. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Born in the west to a Farmer, Shadow learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Farmer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carpenter business.
History: He was born in a small plains village. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion.
