Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is dark but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He prefers to wear flannel. He wears his brown hair up. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in a small island village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Halander took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Robert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Mara hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
