Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Merchant but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Spear was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Cory is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he is greedy

Description: She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. She has moderate length golden hair. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Ilanis liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has never given up on her music dream.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Odorr enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a Navigator soon after.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
