He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This tall, slender man is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and blue handkerchief worn on his right side. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alberich embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He became a Soapmaker soon after.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
