Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is dark but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. He has wavy white hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a black collared shirt and yellow pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His bronze crest is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears skinny pants and wears a green and tan robe with the hood down. He has no hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady black eyes.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His white hair is braided into rings. His eyes are a pleasant gold.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
