Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Navigator but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Saphara alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Sariel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Healer mother left her crippled. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by her family.

History: Tricking hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
