History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His hair, while still mostly purple, has prominent grey streaks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a Cartwright first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Nirgel was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Nirgel abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
