Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

History: Gifted from a young age, Sorath studied abroad. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pyntle grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many giants want him driven away
