Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. After coming to the age of reason, Lûga took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
