She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Theirastra hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
