Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. He wears his red hair up. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a Stylist, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Broce grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Broce. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and regain custody of her son

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and a deep hatred of drow

Description: She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady, and carries daggers. She has a long brown ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She has amber eyes.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is greedy

She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
