History: Gormogord was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is brown and curly. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Morana hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. Morana is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a worn and beaten armor, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She has no hair. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
