History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his youth he was a Body Guard, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahrim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Koth has worked very hard to control his curse. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born in the east. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Orianna isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.
