Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a green coat with grey slacks. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has no hair. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His purple hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Marbas is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Marbas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Jarsali abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Mayor; and she wants to get laid

History: Ur-Edin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
