History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Trey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Trey was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Navigator. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Sarai's homeland. Sarai decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
