She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Vicky speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
