Personality: Shifting is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Shifting was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, marred by beers. His hair is white and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gifted student he started as a Unemployed, but he got bored and became a Barber. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 90. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Miner soon after.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Courier business.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often
