In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
