History: He was born into a rich family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the east to a Server, Pennie learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Quick was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Quick decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
