She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Perra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Perra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and doesn't want to be a farmer and was forced into it by her family
