Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gurdis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Masseuse and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Shifting was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Cook. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
