History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Qemuel embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Merla is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Merla studied abroad. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Tethren was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
