History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. History: Quarethon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Sweet will drive conversation. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: Agnes was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
