History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: Standing 6'6", this woman wears a green costume with the symbols of luck on her torso. Her crest is short and copper. Her red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. The war was a terrible time for her, and Gesrethe does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Through the years after Gesrethe was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gesrethe's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears her white hair up in a very large beehive style do. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Motivation: To be a Herbalist again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A middle-aged woman, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs, and is pretty ugly. Her orange fur is braided into rings. She has gleaming, smiling copper eyes.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 45. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Emerald lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents enrolled her in a Adept school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to unite with her brother
