History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: An older woman who is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, green shirt, and tan tie, she is not a threatening figure. She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Reeza was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
