She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born in the east. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Phann never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
