History: He was born into a rich family. Taklinn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second daughter.
