History: Kansif lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kansif fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is content; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wishes to resurrect an old love
