Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. His skin is dark but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears a grey tunic with brown highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Einkil lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This tall, slender man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sai with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His dark red hair is long and unkept. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nirgel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Heian wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Heian was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heian decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He wears long strands of amber and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'7" when asserting himself. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Alvyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety
