Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His crest is scarlet and curly. His gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Rivaan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. A true patriot, Rivaan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Rivaan reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
