History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zagga grew up listening to her father's many stories. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
