Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Morkral was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is greedy
